Online Registration: 1st April, 2008 Onwards

Registration is mandatory for participation in the conference. All registered delegates are eligible for the following:

• Conference Souvenir/ proceedings etc.
• Inaugural Function & cultural Programme
• Certificate of attendance
• Conference lunch/ dinner / tea / coffee etc.
• Access to various scientific sessions
• Access to trade exhibition & poster presentation

How to Register ?

Registration can be done either

1. On- line: By completing the registration details online at www.icrb2008.org and depositing the requisite fee as per the instructions given at the web site.

2. Off line: by completing the registration form (attached with this brochure) and sending the duly filled form with requisite fee (in the form of demand draft/ pay order, drawn in favor of Convener, ICRB 2008 and payable at Jaipur) at the address given in the end of the registration form.

All bank service charges are to be paid by applicant. Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing after confirmation of registration payment by the bank. Registration will not be processed until payment in full is received. Take advantage of discounted registration fee by July 31st , 2008. Cancellation of Registration

Request for cancellation and refund of registration amount must be notified in writing to the Convener, ICRB 2008. Request for refund will not be entertained if received after the due date. All refund will be processed by the conference is over after deducting cancellation charges. Services charges, if any, will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Financial Assistance

In view of the financial constraints, it may not be possible to provide full financial support for travel or stay during the conference, by the organizing committee. However, partial financial assistance to a limited number of participants (preferably students) may be considered by ICRB – 2008. Request for the same may be sent to Dr. P.K. Goyal, Convener ICRB – 2008 before 31st August at the address of conference secretariat or by E mail.
